Features

Standard configuration

• The cell is inserted into the shell using the cooperation of four-axis and six-axis manipulators, flexible entry into the shell, and stable assembly effect.
• Cell cache transmission line: cell incoming cache, three-layer cache, bottom reflow, can cache more than 60 cells.
• Transplanting robot: Transplant the cells to the core-combining mechanism through the robot, and transplant two cells at a time.
• Merging mechanism: the cells are fused from 0 to 90°.
• Cell feeding gantry: transplant the cells from the core closing mechanism to the magnetic drive conveyor line.
• NG Conveyor Line: Store Scanning NG Cells.
• Cell pairing: When used for a single cell NG, the reserved cell is temporarily placed.
