Uniformity of coating
No Laddie effect, no repulsive phenomenon, and ultra-thick coating can be done up to 400 microns in a single spraying. For some powders, film thicknesses of 30 microns or less can be achieved, and multiple choices of nozzles are available.
Orange Peel
Weak high-pressure, uniform powder cloud, uniform multi-finger spraying width, the same powder with the traditional electrostatic spraying method will produce orange peel, but not with the friction-generated electricity coating method.
Electrostatic field
Each charged powder foam generates a weak electric field, through the air pointing to blow and stick the powder foam to the designated point, the film thickness of the inside and outside of the concave and corners is consistent, and it can save the powder foam by 20-40%.
Multi-layer coating
Since there is no anti-repulsion phenomenon, it is possible to do multi-layer coating without pinholes or craters under the requirement of heavy corrosion protection.

Foam output
Friction-generated electric spraying method has a smaller amount of foam output than the traditional high-pressure electric spraying method.
