To many customers, using full-automatic machines to replace manual assembly is the most ideal plan.
But are full-automated machines suitable for each customer?
The answer is No.
Sometimes semi-automatic machines are more suitable for customers. How to choose machines and opt for what kind of machines are two important questions that each buyer has to consider before placing an order.
It depends on customers' production process. Semi-automated machines only deal with two or three steps of the whole assembly process.
For instance, a machine can do strap curling and screw locking in. To use this machine, buyers should already have straps with housings welded/riveted and provide them with our team.
When using a semi-automated machine, you do not need to worry the whole production will be stopped in case the machine cannot work properly.
There are also disadvantages. Although semi-automated machines cost less, they need more workers. So we recommend customers to choose machines based on production capacity and product characteristics. For other advice, please contact us, show your products and visit our factory!
