How Does a Hose Clamp Assembly Machine Work?
High Torque Hose Clip Assembly Machine
Hose clamps are ubiquitous in our daily life. They can be divided into different types, including American types, British types, German types etc. Except from Japanese type spring hose clips, a hose clamp always consists of three parts: a screw, a housing and a band. But do you know how to assembly these parts into a hose clamp?
At first, a hose clamp is assembled all by human hands. But to make their products standard, save labor costs, and improve production capacity, factories gradually turn to automatic assembly machines, from semi-automatic ones to full-automatic ones. Producers only need to get screws, housings, cut bands or coils ready and feed them into vibration feeding bowls(If use coils, then they will be fed by an automatic uncoiler machine). Pneumatic fingers will follow instructions, grabbing and moving parts up and down, left and right. In the assembly process, sensors will also serve as guards to detect whether the part is in proper position or help sort the good finished products from defective ones.
